Zenith Weather Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Zenith Weather, a weather education service operated by Taphouse Labs, LLC. By using Zenith, you agree to these terms.
Weather information is not a safety guarantee
Zenith combines forecasts, radar, station observations, and educational explanations to help you understand the atmosphere. Weather data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Zenith is not an emergency-warning service and does not replace official alerts, local authorities, or professional advice. Always follow official warnings and use your own judgment for safety-critical decisions.
Your account and connected services
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in methods and station-provider credentials secure. Connect only stations, places, and provider accounts you are authorized to use. You may disconnect providers, leave Weather Circles, sign out, or request account deletion through the available product controls.
Weather Circle and shared observations
Weather Circle is for private sharing with people you choose. Share only places and observations you have the right to share, and do not use Zenith to harass, mislead, impersonate, or expose another person’s private location or information. Access may be removed when an invitation, membership, or place grant is revoked.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe or overload systems, automate abusive traffic, copy or redistribute data in violation of a provider’s terms, or use Zenith for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, providers, or the service.
Availability and changes
Zenith is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, data sources, supported locations, and provider integrations may change. We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will appear here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
