Delete a Zenith account
Delete your account in the app, or request an email confirmation link without reinstalling Zenith Weather. You confirm deletion after opening the link sent to your account email address.
In the Android app
- Sign in to the Zenith account.
- Open You, then Privacy and account data.
- Choose Delete account, review what will be removed, and confirm Permanently delete.
Patron subscriptions
Account deletion removes public patron recognition but does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google Play. Manage or cancel it in Support Zenith before deletion, or visit Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
What deletion removes
This deletes the profile, saved places, provider connections, account-owned observations, Weather Circle relationships, invitations, and account-linked feedback from the active service. Protected backups and security records may take additional time to expire.
Request deletion without the app
Request an account deletion confirmation link. Enter the email address associated with your Zenith account. The link expires in 30 minutes; opening it does not delete your account until you explicitly confirm.
If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, use the private relay address shown for Zenith in your Apple account settings. If you cannot receive the email, or email confirmation is unavailable, send a deletion request to [email protected]. We will reply with the next steps. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, station tokens, or precise coordinates.
